Our Titanium bonnet stays are handmade from a high quality Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium rod, which is light weight, has high corrosion resistance, and can withstand extreme temperatures. It's as strong as steel but lighter! The rod is then hand bent to match the factory part and finally polished and/or custom finish to each individual customer’s liking.

If we don't offer a bonnet stay for your vehicle, contact us so we can make one (will require a factory, undamaged unit for a short period of time).

*Due to the handmade process, these units will not be identical to the factory item, but they have been tested for fit and clearance on the respective vehicles with no issues.

**Due to the material properties of titanium, the bonnet stays may “flex” or “bend” more than the original unit under some conditions, but this has no effect on the structural integrity of the bonnet stay.
