Description

Our Titanium Exhaust Manifold studs are machined from high quality Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium, which is light weight, has high corrosion resistance, and can withstand extreme temperatures. It's as strong as steel but up to 45% lighter!

It is common for the factory manifold studs to come loose and fail over time due to the heat cycles produced by the cylinder head, especially when using aftermarket bolt-ons such as upgraded turbochargers.

Note: Anti-seize must be applied to all threads when fastening the manifold. Please check clearance on your manifold prior to purchase.
