All of the products in this category are of varying quality, and the images are an example of what they could look like, but in purchasing these products you are accepting they are defective/damaged in nature. They may have but not limited to, dents, flat spots, misalignment of halves, poor surface finish, slightly oval in shape, uneven wall thickness, shaved external welds etc.
The main issues with these straights are oval ends (from cutting) or small blemishes/dents/scratches along the length. They are still 1 metre lengths with an average wall thickness of 1.6mm to suit all our range of stainless steel products.
Recommended applications include:
- Weld practice kits
- Single system / asymmetrical exhausts
- Hidden areas where aesthetics aren’t important
- Planning to finish with a coating e.g. powdercoat / paint
