Do you offer custom titanium colouring?
Yes we absolutely do - If it's on the standard titanium colour spectrum, we can achieve it. If this is something you're after, send us an email at info@ebisuautomotive.com.au to have a chat or select the "Custom" colour on the product you're after and leave us a note!
My order is wrong, how do i change this?
Email us at info@ebisuautomotive.com.au and we will assist you with the changes you require - Please refer to our Refund Policy if the product has already been shipped or received.
How can i track my package?
Check your confirmation shipping email for your tracking number and link. If this doesn't work head to https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search with your tracking number to find out the location of your package.
I placed an order but have not received a confirmation email?
Send us an email at info@ebisuautomotive.com.au so we can follow this up to confirm we have received your order and send through the tracking number.
