A flanged nut serves to distribute its force evenly over a larger surface area, reducing the chance of damage to the parts and requirement for a washer. The integrated nylon acts as a thread lock to reduce the chances of coming loose under use.

Our titanium nylon flanged nuts are machined from high quality Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium, which is light weight, has high corrosion resistance, and can withstand extreme temperatures.
